The Transition Team has begun the process of finding an Interim Intentional Minister to help us develop and guide us through our vision for the future of the Carlisle/Kilbride Pastoral Charge. As this process may take many months, one of their first tasks was to make provision for a spiritual Leader for the Pastoral Charge, to serve after Allison's retirement and until an Interim Minister is found. To this end, the Transition Team developed a job description for the position which has been approved by the Joint Board. We are very pleased that Rev. Gayle has agreed to act in this capacity for us. It was further agreed by the Joint Board that Rev. Gayle would serve as a 3/4 time rather than a full time minister. As such, we feel that she could meet the spiritual and pastoral needs of the two churches.

The Team's next task is to develop a job description for the Interim Minister.
